Here are the meetings we had in 2000:

 

· Evening meetings

We didn't have any specific evening meetings during 2000. 

· Annual Exhibition

·  

The competition of exhibited photos was won by Steve Grimshaw with "Snowy Spain", second was Andrew White with "The Milky Way" and joint third were Val White with "Curly Caterpillars" and Steve Grimshaw with "Sunset sailing".  Steve was presented with a bottle of wine by the Chairman.

The voter who slip was drawn first out of the hat was Andras Paksy, who won a bottle of wine. 

· Other events

We are sometimes asked if any members will take photos at specific events or for specific purposes.

These are a few things we have done in the past year:

- Steve Grimshaw has taken an aerial photo of the DATEN Club

- Val White has taken photos of each of the DATEN Club Committee members for a "rogues gallery"

(both these were framed and presented to the Club and now hang in the entrance foyer.)

- At the request of the organising committee, Val White and David Woolf took photos of the procession and events at the Culcheth Millennium Day in June and the photos were passed on to the High School Headmaster.
